In a word: Inappropriateness
Our president, his czars and our 111th congress have created solutions to address our declining economy at the beginning of 2009. In the middle of the night, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 was drafted allocating $787 billion for injection into the US economy. Members of congress were told that if the bill were not to pass the entire economy would collapse, some were even told that marshal law would be invoked in their states. I have referenced Wikipedia to describe the bill because it is much easier to understand than the hyper-cross-referenced legalese contained in the actual bill which by the way was coauthored by one Jeff Jones of the renouned Weather Underground domestic terrorist organization. To provide the transparency that the then candidate Obama so touted throughout his campaigning a website, Recovery.gov, was designed to track the disbursements and measure the successes. After the first three months, the website the Washington Post reported the the site offered little more than a general breakdown of the bill, timelines and some press releases. To addresses the complaints of this website, almost $10 billion was allocated to redesign the site. um ... WOW! The total cost of the website is estimated at $18 billion through 2014. The Whitehouse administration even created a new metric called “saved jobs” in an attempt to make the results look better. This new metric apparently was not enough as after the redesign, many of the “successes” in creating or “saving” jobs were found to be associated with districts that did not even exist!
The healthcare bill a.k.a ObamaCare that is currently stalled since the electoral upset in Massachusetts, is an enormous hodge-podge of legislation that seems to do absolutely nothing to resolve our healthcare issues but rather rob us of our liberties, including those of the unborn. As it turns out, some of the components of the proposed healthcare solution that were the toughest to sell to the American people such as the infamously nicknamed “death panels” have already been signed into law via the aforementioned American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. I strongly suspect that this proposed healthcare “solution” is actually a manifestation of a progressive constitution not unlike that proposed by FDR. I can’t for the life of me understand why any red blooded American would want to entrust their health and general welfare to any government particularly one that evidently has an interest in dramatically reducing the world’s population. It is a mistake to give any government this much power ... a huge mistake.
Also on the Whitehouse agenda is the whole issue of Global Warming. This is no more evident now as we experience record low temperature all across our country. The problem is that over the last few decades we have been told that the earth’s temperature in on the rise and those polar caps are melting and that the ocean levels are rising and cute fuzzy little polar bears are dying and … and … and all of a sudden the truth comes out. Be it through other scientists that have been pushed out of the peer groups because of their disagreeable testimony or through hacker provided emails revealing how disagreeable scientists are pushed out of the peer groups and how the top global warming scientists “hide the decline” in the earth’s temperatures. Some of these proponents of global warming that have been around awhile such as Obama’s science czar, John Holdren, were, back in the day, screaming about the threat of a new ice age only to reverse their opinions as much to the contrary. The name is now being revised to “Man Made Global Climate Change” so that it is general enough that any change in the weather can spark a global climate crisis. Pretty convenient I’d say. It would probably be more appropriate to call it Mad Man Crisis Change. I can remember when there was a general concern about pollution affecting the quality of the air we breathe which was appropriately referred to as nothing other than “Air Pollution” and appropriate measures were devised to reduce air pollution until the terminology was changed to smog when it became a political weapon used to disable the competition of certain for profit corporations favored by Washington DC. Sure we need to reduce toxins in our atmosphere but do we really need to sellout the sovereignty of our nation or of any nation for that matter in the name of clean air? Do we really need to consider the carbon dioxide that we exhale and that is absorbed by plant life as a hazardous substance? Would such a concentration of power really have the capability remove such dangerous toxins as carbon dioxide from our air? Only if such a concentration of power were allow to exist and carry out a program of global extermination as indicated on the Georgia Guide Stones.
It occurs to me that the problem with these problems are the very people who claim to be fixing these problems when they are in fact covertly furthering their political agendas. Over the last year we have seen demonstration after demonstration of how certain people will use crises to gain political strength by invoking fear and destroying confidence among voters. Where there is no crisis available then one is manufactured from an existing issue. Healthcare being a prime example of where many if not all of the actual problems that exist that can be fixed if appropriately addressed. Instead our elected officials as well as not so elected czars use the media to create a panic to gain public support of whatever legislation is trumped up in the dark of night. The problems that plague our world today have solutions. Some still need to be found but the solutions are there waiting to be discovered. These solutions are not political in nature. These solutions are and in case you haven’t already gotten it this is the key word here, appropriate. Each and every problem has an appropriate solution and once the appropriateness of a solution is lost the problem to which it applies only becomes compounded. Falsifying metrics of success to gain public support only serves to further compound the problem.Neither of these political parties that have ransacked our democracy, will ever get it. In fact they will refuse to get it even if they start to get it because neither of these parties are being appropriate in the matter of the general welfare of our nation. This problem of our big inappropriate government has a solution that is appropriate and is just waiting to be discovered by each and every one of us. We cannot allow government induced fear to distract us from the solution as this induced fear in itself is inappropriate. In fact, I will close by summing up it all up into one simple statement that is easy for any American to understand. The reason why Americans hate Obamacare, Cap & Trade and the Stimulus Act is simply because they are inappropriate. In fact, I think its fair to say that for many years now every solution that comes out of Washington DC has been somewhat inappropriate.
