Yet another blow for Charter Schools in Georgia on Tuesday night. In a standing room only meeting, the Fulton County School Board voted 7-0 to deny the renewal of the charter for Georgia's #1 rated school - The Fulton Science Academy (FSA). This continues a pattern started by other school systems in the state earlier this year. The board seemed to be worried about the backlash and left abruptly after the vote.
